its not my own.. before they had NatGeo symbol, making people to understand that those photos arent mine..

I dont think it´s wrong to use a Deviant account to display ANY picture..

You don't think it is wrong to claim somebody elses work as your own?? If you were talented enough to do their job, and somebody posted your work on a site like this as their own work, would you be pleased about it?? You're obviously not just 'sharing' Nat Geo images otherwise you would not have bothered to remove the Nat Geo banner underneath the original wallpaper with the true photographer's name.

Well i do think it is wrong and the guy who took the photo in question is not to happy about it either.

Wow, are you in touch with Nick Nichols? Lucky girl, I had a brief interview with him last year, he's a cool guy.
I suspect the other Nat Geo photographers that he ahas ripped are not too pleased either. (Tim Laman and Jodi Cobb to mention just two).

Oh but it is.. It's a direct violation of the TOS if you bothered to read it.. This site isn't a photo sharing site like photobucket.com this is for people to display their OWN art, not the art of others.
